Hallo Petra, normalerweise schreibe ich Reisetagebuch. Oldstyle, nur für mich. Und Biggi war es, die mich bat, diesen Blog mit Leben zu füllen. Die ersten Tage tat ich mich noch schwer. Mittlerweile wird das Schreiben flüssiger. Und es fängt an, mir Spaß zu machen. Danke für deine ermunternden Worte und dass du mich begleitest. Das ist mir ganz viel wert.

Many thanks for your valuable informations. They correspond with recommendations from other hosts and people. The region between Quebec and Montreal shall be beautiful for cyclists. So I hear from you the same. And that gives me a very good feeling.

As to your route, I have done the route as far as Campbellton along the coast. I remember at least one fantastic beach but it’s been a long time so I’m short on specific recall. Otherwise, I highly recommend Montréal — for many reasons (food, culture, botanical gardens, archaeological museum, etc), but also because it offers an extensive bicycle lane network. I am not as fond of Quebec, although still recommend an overnight (or two) if you can hook up with a Warm Showers host! So much history there.
