We did reach Tijuana a few days ago. We spent a couple of days with warm showers host Sandra there. It was fabulous.
We then cycled back to San Diego and took the Amtrak train back north. We are now back in Canada and already miss the adventure of the bike tour. Hope to be back out travelling soon.

It was very nice to meet you on the way and I thank you for the lovely conversations. At the moment I am still in Goleta, where I am recovering with wonderful hosts. My back needed rest and the bike also had to be repaired because the gears were damaged. I will probably stay in Goleta until the middle of next week. Then I will continue my journey towards San Diego. I wish you both a good trip and hope that you reach your dream destinations.
